7-10 Working Days Standard Delivery !
We offer a “7-10 Working Days Delivery” on most products ordered online at our site www.tcscricket.com. The products ordered will be at your doorstep within 7-10 business working days (Working days are Monday to Friday and timing is 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Order received after 6:00 PM is not counted in working day for that order), from the day payment is accepted and cleared.
For orders which are placed using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Payment Wallets payment options and are under verification, the guarantee is applicable post the payment has been verified.
What is not covered?
- Delivery delays due to customer unavailability. (If the courier has come to the shipping address within seven-ten business days and not been able to deliver. The courier may or may not contact you before coming – that is something we have no control over). To avoid this you may contact your nearest branch (as details will be available with you like docket no, dispatch details etc.) of courier through which we have shipped your order.
- Cheque / DD orders – Delays in depositing the Cheque / DD from customers end could result in products going out-of-stock in which case we will contact you to notify when we are able to ship your order or refund the amount and cancel the order.
- If the address is of remote area or located at outskirts of city or town then it may also take few days extra to be delivered.
- If any of the items you order are not in stock we will contact you to advise you when we will be taking delivery of new stock. We will keep you informed and will notify you when we are able to ship your order or refund the amount and cancel the order.
- At certain times of the year, e.g. Christmas and Deepawali deliveries can take longer due to the extra demands placed on courier services which is natural. During such festive occasions there may be slightly delay in deliveries but if you keep tracking your order it will be delivered timely.
Shipping Charges?
We ship all products across India subject to the serviceable city or location. Door delivery refers to delivery on ground floor only. The address should be of proper city. If the address is of remote area or located at outskirts as per your city / town then there will be extra freight charges (Contact us and we will give you an accurate quote for what delivery will cost.
All local taxes such as Octroi, State Entry Charges and etc is the responsibility of the customer. The courier will collect payment during the time of delivery where applicable. If your city does not levy octroi and other charges then you do not pay anything over what you have already paid.
It is our Endeavour to ship all items in your Order together, however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain pin codes as it cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
If any Way Bill / Road Permit is required for the delivery then it has to be arranged by the buyer (and it will also affect the delivery time).
Our current shipping charges are whatever that is displayed on the Cart/Checkout page. It may vary depending on the volume of the product.
For orders outside India, we have adopted a unique method so that we can charge accurate shipping everytime to all orders outside India. We will take the order for outside India but not charge anything to the customer while placing order. That means customer does not have to pay while placing order. Once we receive the order, our team will evaluate shipping based on the shipping country and update the order and the customer will get an intimation. Now, the customer can pay the order using the link in the email or from the My Orders section. Once the payment is received your order will be processed further.
Also, additional charges may be levied on top of the above mentioned because the item may be very heavy to ship or some other reason.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please Contact Us within 30 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.
In case, where the shipment company/vendor claims that the shipment is delivered and it is not received by you, we assume no liability and is not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense or delay to the shipment/goods. We will provide all the shipping related information like shipment number, invoice number to you and help you in whatever means possible to recover your shipment from shipping provider. Other than this, we will not entertain any accusation or be held responsible. Customer is required to take it up with the shipping provider.
What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?
