How do I return an item purchased on The Champion Sports Cricket?

There are No Returns but Replacement/Exchange is easy, simply follow these steps –

  • Contact us and provide Order ID details.

  • We will confirm the replacement/exchange request and you will have to courier back the originally delivered product back to us.

  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Note:

  • All Shipping charges are to be levied by the customer except for when the received item is in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’.
  • Number of days within which replacement/exchange can be initiated varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. You must contact us immediately to initiate the replacement/exchange.
  • We support Replacement across categories/manufacturer in case you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’. You can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
  • Any perishable items like supplements, proteins cannot be exchanged. Rubber products, wear-and-tear products, shuttles, different types of balls cannot be exchanged.
  • Replacement/Exchange is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a Replacement/Exchange is not available, you may receive credit in the form of gift card and will be couriered to your place or emailed to you.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned.

What is Free Replacement?

If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. But there will be no returns, only replacement.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you may receive credit in the form of gift card and it will be couriered to your place with no extra shipping charges or emailed it to you.

What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?

Once you have requested for a replacement, customers are supposed to courier back the originally delivered product to us. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping back the originally delivered product to us.
  • Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
  • Mention the Invoice ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
  • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email providing details about the replacement.
The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is received.
If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. If there is any free gift included as part of the item order then it needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

What items can I Exchange?

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Please call us to cancel your exchange request and we will do the needful.
If the new exchanged product is not dispatched, then we will dispatch the originally delivered product that you shipped back to us but the shipping charges will be levied. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you cannot reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.

Can I exchange part of my order?

Yes, an exchange can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate an exchange for a partial quantity.

When is exchange not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchange

  • Exchange request is made outside the manufacturer’s time frame which may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Specific categories like Rubber products, wear-and-tear products, shuttles, different types of balls.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any consumable/perishable items which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Made-to-order items.

What is The Champion Sports Cricket Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

What are Gift Cards? When are Gift Cards provided?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe. Gift Card is a card which is a form of virtual money and you can use it to shop with us at any of our store.

You may receive Gift Cards when

  • If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’, and in replacement we are out of stock to provide you the same brand new product.
  • If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered with respect to the color or size and in exchange we are out of stock to provide you the same brand new product.

We allow Gift Cards on selected categories under certain conditions. Please check with us for Replacement/Exchange Policy.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded except the transaction fees if any.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or delivered to you.

Order cancellation by The Champion Sports Cricket?

    1. Under some rare situations, The Champion Sports Cricket can raise an order cancellation request.

These situations could be –

      • Product is out of stock;
      • Product is not worth shipping;
      • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount;
      • Incorrect pricing or description of the product;
      • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;
      • Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
      • If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.
      • Any other reason, which is beyond our control.
  1. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation of order by us or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.

Where do I courier back the products?

In case of Replacement/Exchange you are supposed to courier back the products to us.
